Designed for single immersion tanks, the ICP40 features an integrated continuous-duty pump and adaptive fan control in a compact 140 × 70 × 40 cm enclosure. It delivers over 40 kW of heat transfer capacity at 35°C ambient (up to 50 kW at 25°C). The dual 500 mm fan module adjusts automatically to cooling demand, minimizing noise and energy use. Standard operation is 60–62 dB, with optional high-performance low-noise fans rated at 50–55 dB. Power consumption ranges from 400 W on average to 600 W at peak load.

This deployment showcases the DCX ICP40 Dry Cooler operating in a hybrid configuration for both heat rejection and heat reuse. The cooler is connected to a single immersion enclosure via insulated piping, forming a closed-loop circuit with an integrated pump that circulates the heated dielectric fluid.
What distinguishes this installation is its smart heat recovery strategy: instead of rejecting all thermal energy to the ambient air, part of the heat is repurposed to warm a swimming pool. In moderate climates or seasonal applications, this approach not only cools the hardware efficiently but also reduces operating costs by making productive use of the waste heat.
