DCX Dielectric Solvent is a dual-purpose solvent and cleaner designed to remove hydrocarbon-based heat transfer fluids from electronic hardware following immersion operation. It restores ASICs, GPUs, and server components to a dry, spotless state, allowing them to be safely transported, serviced, or returned to standard air-cooled operation. After cleaning, the solvent evaporates without leaving residue or film on the surface. In addition to post-immersion maintenance, it can also be used as a pre-cleaning agent before immersion, effectively removing contaminants such as dust and debris from electronics to ensure optimal fluid contact and prevent fouling of the primary dielectric coolant. The solvent is also effective in cleaning immersion infrastructure itself, including tanks, enclosures, hoses, and pump circuits that have been in contact with oil-based heat transfer fluids. The formulation is safe for plastics, rubbers, and sealing materials, contains no hazardous substances, and does not require the use of special personal protective equipment during regular handling.
