Immersion Mining Rack System compatible with Universal Immersion Mining Enclosures is an easy way to mine silently in the most convenient place with low-cost energy access. This vertical system is designed to solve most of the existing problems in the mining industry: special space for mining, energy usage, performance, heat, noise, electronic equipment failures, fire protection, etc.

With a low 1 sq. meter footprint, 180 cm height, and up to 120kW capacity, Immersion Mining Rack is the densest immersion system in the world. The rack can be placed virtually everywhere, regardless of external conditions. The system allows for silent mining with 40dB virtually silent pumps. Retractable Immersion Mining Enclosures provide easy access to mining equipment. Basic Immersion Mining Rack setup allows users to connect enclosures directly to a facility water loop. The system can be complemented with heat rejection components – 120kW or 240kW Immersion Optimized Dry coolers,  rack manifold, pumping system, tubing, and all other components to create a high-performance, closed heat rejection loop. The best dielectric coolant on the market. Fully synthetic engineered fluid with 2x better properties than any competitive liquid. Over 60kV dielectric strength, 5 cSt viscosity, 160C flashpoint. No tint, no aroma, non-toxic, non-allergenic, long-life, eco friendly, crystal clear, halogen-free and safe. Designed specifically for electronics cooling, compatible with ASIC, GPUs, servers, and electronic equipment. Over 20y product lifetime. This new liquid for the immersive cooling of electronics and semiconductors with the most competitive price/value factor available. Unique chemistry of this engineered fluid allows it to act as a dielectric coolant, removing heat directly from electronic components. Not only does this liquid have very low viscosity, but as a single-phase liquid, it does not require any of the complex systems necessary to evaporate and condense dual-phase fluids.

The key features of this liquid are low viscosity, high – over 60kV – dielectric strength, high oxidation and moisture stability, as well as great price/value factor and extremely low pour point of -45°C. Our proprietary dielectric Heat Transfer Fluid is compatible with electronic components and will not degrade equipment as fluorochemical fluid or transformer oil, but will definitely improve lifespan of your miners. Single-phase liquid transports 100% of heat outside of the enclosure and protects devices from harsh environment and prevents mechanisms from failure caused by high temperature, humidity, vibration, corrosion, dust – major causes of electric failures. It also reduces thermal expansion cycling, maintains stable temperature, eliminates airborne contaminants and failures due to zinc and tin whisker growth. Replacing fans with fan emulating circuit means silent mining, less maintenance, and more uptime. We supply our customers with standard volumes in 22L containers, 208L ThermaSafe™ Drums, 1000L ThermaSafe™ IBC Caged Totes, ThermaSafe™ pre-cleaners and solvents.

Using medium with 1600 x better heat capacity and 4.5x better heat conductivity than air, you can pack your equipment in a very dense manner saving space and resign from fans and air handling. Additionally, all miner components are cooled evenly so there are no hot spots that increase a risk of fire. ThermaSafe R™ also works as a fire suppressant, making sure that you are protected even during remote mining operations.

Dielectric Solvent

Both solvent and cleaner, to remove hydro carbonated heat transfer fluid from electronic components and accessories. This solvent can be also used to clean electronic equipment from all contamination (debris, dust) before immersing it in Thermasafe fluid. Additionally, it can be used as a cleaning fluid to clean all immersion equipment: enclosures, tanks, hoses, pumps, etc from an oil-based fluid. Safe to use for rubber and plastic, and does not contain any hazardous substances. Does not require any special protection equipment during daily use. The solvent can be used for spray cleaning, or for immersion cleaning in dip tanks. After cleaning, any residue will evaporate and dry and spotless equipment can be used in a standard air-cooled manner. Must be separated from the dielectric fluid as it will emulsify and dielectric fluid or mineral oil. Use only for cleaning purpose. Dielectric Solvent is available in 10L, 20L, & 200 L containers. 10-20L is enough to fully remove any Heat Transfer fluid residue from 30-40 miners.
